OurFounder: Arlette Novelli
Mother. Wife. Daughter. Cake artist. Entrepreneur.
Arlette grew up in the US, the daughter of immigrant entrepreneurs. She learned the value of hard work and perseverance watching her parents start and grow a business, eventually achieving their own American Dream — watching all three of their daughters become college graduates, the first in their family.
Following college, Arlette worked in business management, fell in love with and married her husband, and had three girls of her own. Her true passion though was always making cakes.
The entrepreneurial bug bit, and Arlette left her career to start her own wedding and social event cakery, Three Little Cakes. In her pursuit to create elegant cakes, she came across a problem: creating straight edges on cakes is REALLY hard! After playing around with various techniques and tools, Arlette decided to create a new tool, something simple, effective, and fast! And, just like that the ProFroster was born!

Why Made in the USA? Because we have to support each other, the local small businesses, the corner mom and pop shop, the inventors, the farmers, the laborers, the hard working people who sacrifice and strive for betterment. It's up to us to keep the American Dream alive.
